Hello all,  my name is Andy (aka Living Memory Software) and I'm the person who sweats over designing, coding and iterating our apps.

I'm also a keyboard player (a.k.a Audiodacious  who uses an iPad live on stage, I play all sorts of music from Ambient electronica through EDM to Psychedelic Rock to Blues & Jazz. Currently residing in Glastonbury U.K and playing with the Archetypes.

I tend to approach designing my software primarily with the attitude of “What is it I want” and go from there and I hope you get as much pleasure out of it as I do.

I'm looking forward to getting to know who you are and hope we can forge a great relationship that helps drive Living Memory Software forward  for the benefit of us all!

If you’re really interested you can find more about our history and the previous work we’ve done here…

Hello, all. My name is Bryan and I'm an appaholic. ;)

I'm recently retired from the energy industry and now enjoy spending time at home tinkering with my music apps.

I built my first modular synthesizer about 45 years ago with kits from PAiA Electronics. The company is still in business (PAiA), but their product line has changed a lot and I lost interest in that hobby in the late '70's.

Sadly that synth has been in a landfill for almost 10 years. Wish I'd kept it, now, but iOS has opened up an amazing world of new possibilities without needing to touch a soldering iron. I believe Animoog was my first music app purchase and from then on I've been hooked.

As far as tinkering goes, Audulus and TC-11 are both brilliant. LayR is very quickly joining that short-list and I'm looking forward to seeing it grow and prosper, hopefully becoming one of the legendary modular synth apps!

Welcome Bryan :) Welcome to the LayR lair! ( I've just thought of that monicker! ) I'm a bit of a synthaholic too, with a Eurorack synth that I just can't stop spending pocket money on... although in the last few months I've not had a lot of time to play with it! Glad you like LayR, I really hope you get as much useful pleasure out of it as I do.
